Appointments by email

Fewer empty slots. Fewer forgotten appointments.

A missed appointment costs a practice an hour and a client a second trip. Message Date Center sends what keeps both from happening: the confirmation right after booking, a reminder at the right moment and a simple way to cancel or move the date.

From booking to visit

Four messages at most per appointment, each with a reason to exist.

  1. Confirmation

Sent as soon as the slot is booked: date, time, address, what to bring. Nothing else — this is the email people search for later.

  2. Reminder

A day or two ahead, as agreed with the business. One reminder, not a series, and it says how to cancel if plans have changed.

  3. Changes

If the business has to move or cancel, the client hears about it straight away, with a suggested new date where possible.

  4. Follow-up

Only where it serves the client: a care instruction after treatment, the next service interval, a link to the invoice.

Our principles

Appointment mail is trusted mail. It stays useful only as long as nobody tries to make it do more than it should.
