Using this site

For each visit the server stores the IP address, time, page and browser in a log used for running and securing the site. Logs are removed after seven days and analysed for nothing else.

Contacting us by email

Your email and the details in it are stored until your question is answered and any follow-up has ended. We share them with no one unless you agree.

Appointment data for businesses

The business you booked with is responsible for your data. On its behalf we process name, address, appointment time and the type of service — not the reason for a visit or any diagnosis.

Delivery data

We note whether a message was delivered or rejected and whether the cancel or reschedule link was used. That keeps the calendar accurate; opening rates are not measured for reminders.

Opt-out record

If you ask not to be contacted any more, your address is noted so that the request holds — that note is its only purpose.

Plain pages

This site does not use cookies or analytics and loads no resources from third-party servers.

Rights you can exercise

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at the address below; complaining to a supervisory authority is also open to you.
